Plenty of companies own Jira, Confluence and Jira Service Management. Far fewer get the full return on that investment. I work with business and technology leaders to find where the gaps are, design a better way of working, and turn the platform they already pay for into a real driver of change, whether that is modernizing IT service management, connecting strategy to delivery, or consolidating tools.
I started as a systems administrator, spent years as a consultant and pre-sales lead, and today I am an account executive at Valiantys. That path means I can talk business outcomes with executives and still get into the details with the teams doing the work.
